Chris did not just work on one of New Jersey’s famous boardwalks during the past summer seasons. Chris also helped with Morey’s data, mostly with budgets and inventories.

Web Strategy Intern
March 2016 to December 2018
During his time at St. Peter’s Data Science Program, Chris worked as a web strategy intern at the same university. Every week during his internship, he researched current news articles relating to Data Science and Cybersecurity. He also worked with the web department on web projects for the campus website, such as faculty biography pages. He learned from his experience about search engine optimization, and had experience with back-end statistics of the website using Google Analytics. He saw what web page visitors visit mostly, how often visitors jump from page to page, etc. He also acquired experience testing the website in multiple browsers and on mobile devices, and to mainly “think about the audience.”

It may be a community service organization, but it felt like family to Chris during his internship there. He helped work on web projects for the site, and created promotional graphics. One of them, which probably was one of his best work, was a postcard design for their annual golf outing. What he learned from that internship he really learned how to “think outside the box”.
Liberty Science Center

Marketing Illustrator Intern February 2015 to May 2015
Working at the Liberty Science Center was Chris’ first step into the world of Graphic Design and Marketing. He created a new map design concept for the LSC. Besides that, he conceptualized and created promotional graphics for LSC exhibits and shows. Those designs were then posted on Instagram and Twitter.
